Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase products or enter into these Terms on your own behalf. If you are under 18, you may only use our Service with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Paid products and subscriptions

We offer digital products (such as printables, children's books, and bundles) and a monthly subscription service. When you purchase a product or subscribe:

Founder pricing

If you join our subscription as a founding member at a locked-in rate, that rate will remain in place for as long as your subscription is continuously active. If you cancel and later resubscribe, the current published price will apply.

Refunds

Because our products are digital goods delivered instantly, all sales are generally final. However, if you experience a technical issue (such as a broken download link or corrupted file) or are unhappy with your purchase, please email us at support@amberwoodhousepress.com within 14 days and we will do our best to resolve it. We handle refund requests personally and fairly.

For subscriptions, you may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period.
