Amberwood House Press is a small independent publisher based in New Jersey, United States. We create printables, children's books, and gentle learning resources for families. References to "we," "us," or "our" mean Amberwood House Press.

Eligibility

Free resources

Some of our printables and resources are offered free of charge in exchange for your email address. When you sign up for a free resource:

• You may download the resource for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You agree to receive emails from us, and can unsubscribe at any time.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or share the resource as your own work.

Paid products and subscriptions

We offer digital products (such as printables, children's books, and bundles) and a monthly subscription service. When you purchase a product or subscribe:

• You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal and family use.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled.
• You can cancel a subscription at any time through your account settings or by emailing us.
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe.

Founder pricing

If you join our subscription as a founding member at a locked-in rate, that rate will remain in place for as long as your subscription is continuously active. If you cancel and later resubscribe, the current published price will apply.

Refunds

Because our products are digital goods delivered instantly, all sales are generally final. However, if you experience a technical issue (such as a broken download link or corrupted file) or are unhappy with your purchase, please email us at support@amberwoodhousepress.com within 14 days and we will do our best to resolve it. We handle refund requests personally and fairly.

For subscriptions, you may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period.

Intellectual property

All content on our website and in our products (including illustrations, designs, text, printables, books, logos, and brand elements) is the intellectual property of Amberwood House Press and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may:

• Print our digital products for your own family's personal use.
• Use our printables in your own home, classroom, or childcare setting.
• Share a link to our website with friends.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share our products (free or paid) as your own.
• Upload our content to file-sharing sites, marketplaces, or print-on-demand platforms.
• Modify our designs and claim them as your own original work.

Limitation of liability
