Founding Race Terms

The Amberwood House Press Founding Race (the "Program") is a referral program offered by Amberwood House Press ("we," "us," "our") that rewards a limited number of early supporters with a discounted lifetime rate on the Amberwood Learning Library when it launches.

By opting into the Founding Race, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Eligibility

To participate in the Founding Race, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Sign up for the free Little Feelings Kit on amberwoodfreeprintables.com.
• Opt into the Founding Race by enabling the corresponding toggle at signup.
• Provide a valid, working email address.
• Not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of Amberwood House Press.

Each individual may only participate once. Multiple Program entries from the same person (using different email addresses, identities, or households) are not permitted and may result in disqualification.

How a referral counts

A referral counts toward your total of 5 when, and only when, all of the following occur:

1. A new person clicks your unique referral link.
2. That person signs up for the free Little Feelings Kit using a valid email address.
3. That person verifies their email address by confirming their subscription.
4. That person has not previously signed up for any Amberwood House Press list.

Referrals are tracked using a small browser identifier saved when a person clicks your link. If your friend clears their browser data or signs up from a different device than the one they clicked your link on, the referral may not register. We recommend asking them to sign up on the same device they clicked your link with.

The Founding Member Rate

If you become one of the first 50 participants to qualify (referring 5 friends as defined above) within 3 months of joining the Program, you will lock in:

• The Amberwood Learning Library at $4.50 per month for life (50% off the standard $9/month rate).
• The rate is locked in for as long as you maintain an active, uninterrupted subscription once the Library launches.
• If you cancel your subscription at any point, the lifetime rate is forfeited and re-subscribing later will be at the standard rate.

The Amberwood Learning Library is in development and not yet open. The launch date is not guaranteed. By participating, you understand and accept that the reward applies only when and if the Library launches as a paid subscription product.

The 3-month window

You have three (3) calendar months from the date you opt into the Founding Race to refer 5 qualifying friends. Referrals collected after the 3-month window do not count, and your eligibility for the Founding Member Rate expires.

The 50-spot cap is filled in the order participants qualify. If 50 people qualify before your 3 months are up, the Program closes for new claims, even if your window is still open.

Disqualification

We reserve the right to disqualify any participant, void any referral, or revoke the Founding Member Rate at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following:

• Self-referrals (signing up with multiple emails you control to inflate your count).
• Use of fake, disposable, or temporary email addresses.
• Bot, script, or automated signups.
• Coordinated signups intended to game the system (e.g. trading referrals with other participants).
• Any conduct deemed by us, in our sole discretion, to violate the spirit of the Program.
• Any fraudulent or misleading representation of Amberwood House Press to a referred friend.

Decisions about disqualification are final.

Reward delivery

Once you qualify (5 verified referrals within 3 months and you are among the first 50 to do so), we will email you within 14 days with confirmation of your Founding Member status and instructions for claiming your $4.50/mo lifetime rate when the Library launches.

If you do not respond to that email within 30 days of receipt, your spot may be released.

Privacy and data

Participating in the Program means we collect and store the following:

• Your email address.
• Your unique referral code (a randomly generated 6-character string).
• If you were referred by someone, the referral code of that person.
• The date you joined the Program.

We do not share this data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your referral relationships are visible to us only and are used solely to verify and award qualification. Friends you refer will see only that they came from "a friend's link," not your name or personal information, unless you choose to share that yourself.

Modifications and termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice. We will make a reasonable effort to notify active participants of material changes by email.

If the Program is terminated before you qualify, any progress you have made will not entitle you to compensation, but we may, at our discretion, offer alternative rewards.

Disclaimer

The Program is offered "as is," with no warranty. Amberwood House Press is not responsible for technical failures, lost or delayed referral tracking, internet outages, or any other issue that may prevent a referral from registering correctly.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amberwood House Press, its owners, and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued participation in the Program after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
